For any lost property enquiries, please contact Luggage Hall on 03 9619 2588 between 6am - 10pm daily.

Please note that lost items are kept for a maximum of 30 days.

You may also wish to contact PTV, which has a lost property department for any items lost/found on public transport and throughout the network: 1800 800 007.
