What we do

Infranexus manages assets across Australia including Victoria’s busiest transport hub Southern Cross Station, a portfolio of schools and education facilities in New South Wales, the District Court complex in Perth’s CBD, and Defence Headquarters Joint Operations Command in Bungendore, New South Wales. We continually pursue value with our clients and service providers through enhancement and/or expansion of our assets.

We have clients at both the federal (Department of Defence) and state levels (Victoria Department of Transport and Planning; NSW Department of Education; WA Department of Justice) and are constantly evaluating new opportunities in both the public and private sectors.

We partner with some of the world’s leading providers of facilities management to meet the needs and requirements of our clients and the end-users of our facilities. Service partners include Honeywell, Downer, BGIS, G4S, Epic, Quayclean, Wilson Security and JCDecaux.

Our infrastructure management contracts are long term concessions referred to as Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).

A PPP is an established mechanism through which Governments procure long-term private investment in new or existing infrastructure assets. Under the terms of the concession, the private sector designs and constructs, then operates and maintains, the infrastructure for a set period of time - typically 25 to 30 years.
