Perth District Court complex
Western Liberty Group operates and maintains the state-of-the-art District Court complex in Perth’s CBD, opened in June 2008.
The PPP concession with the Western Australian State Government runs for a period of 24 years, and includes the provision of a number of key services such as transcription, facilities management, security and custodial services.
Did you know?
The heritage-listed portico at the front of the court building was originally the façade of a theatre, St George’s Hall, which was the brainchild of a group of solicitors and built on the site in the 1870s.
