Nick Easy
Nick joined Infranexus Management in January 2022 and leads the management and oversight of a number of its social Infrastructure assets. These assets include Southern Cross Station, Melbourne, Praeco, Headquarters Joint Operations Command, Canberra, Western Liberty Group, Perth District Courts, Western Australia and Axiom Education, New South Wales Schools.
Nick has worked in service orientated, infrastructure and transport sectors for over 30 years focusing on high standards of service delivery to customers and counterparties, business transformation, growing sustainable business value and building strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and business partners. Prior to joining Infranexus Management Nick was the CEO of Queensland Rail, Port of Melbourne and formerly Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board.

Chief Financial Officer
Ludovic Magic
Ludovic joined Infranexus Management in April 2010. He leads the finance team responsible for the day-to-day financial management of all the infrastructure/PPP assets managed by Infranexus. he has assisted with the transitioning of two of the PPP assets into Infranexus' pool and has developed the internal budgeting and financial reporting framework for each of the PPP assets. Ludovic manages the refinancing and debt issuance process across the Infranexus portfolio of assets as well as supports and advises the executive team and the Board on capital projects. Ludovic also manages key relationships with the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee, external financiers (domestically and overseas), facility and rating agents, State/Commonwealth finance counter parties and the shareholder.
Ludovic started his career with Deloitte Mauritius in 1999 before joining the Assurance and Advisory division of Deloitte Melbourne in 2005 where he was Senior Client Manager in Financial Services. At Deloitte, Ludovic gained extensive knowledge in Public Private Partnership accounting and experience in corporate planning, financial management and stakeholder management.
Ludovic holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and a diploma in International Financial Reporting. Ludovic is a qualified accountant - a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

General Counsel & Company Secretary
David Patience
David is the legal adviser to all PPP assets managed by Infranexus and provides services covering refinance management, compliance management, regulatory authority management, contract management and advice, human resources and work health safety advice, financial covenant management, property/lease management, insurance renewal management, stakeholder/shareholder management and external legal management. He is also Company secretary to all Infranexus and managed asset entities and performs the role across several other entities.
David qualified to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1995 and has been an in-house lawyer for 20 years. Previous roles include solicitor with Sparke Helmore, Andersen Legal and Mallesons (King Wood Mallesons) and in-house lawyer with Solution 6, Alpha West and Spotless Group

National Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager
Ashley Reed
Key leader/executive with experience and achievements across a range of public and private sector
Management roles including General Manager Responsibilities for a Victorian wind farm.
Experience includes PPP, Asset Management/Facility Management, Property Management, Wind farm
Management, Shopping Centre Management, Operations Management and Contractor Management.
Ashley adds value with his significant specialist skills in; Environmental Management, Sustainability (ESG), WHS/OHS, Emergency Management, Pandemic Planning, Risk Management and Quality Assurance.
He is responsible for Managing the Infranexus quality, risk, and compliance ‘overlay’ on the managing entities of each site, liaison with Board on quality, risk and compliance issues including management of operational and corporate risk registers and of group OHS reporting, and has a wealth of knowledge in Quality Assurance, OHS and environmental issues, whilst leading the Infranexus Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework implementation, management and reporting.

General Manager
Judith McCombe
Judith is an experienced PPP manager, with responsibility for WLG and Axiom. With previous employment in government and Justice in senior corporate and operational roles and qualifications in Education, Training and Risk Management she is well suited to manage Infranexus diverse PPP portfolios. In addition to her broad responsibilities in these assets Judith’s particular areas of expertise include contract negotiations, delivery of new and complex construction projects in the PPP framework, benchmarking, and performance enhancement, start up and transition management. For Infranexus she has corporate responsibility for people and resources.

Southern Cross Station General Manager
John Iozzi
John joined Infranexus as General Manager of Southern Cross Station in June 2021
Prior to this he worked at AMC Cinemas Saudi Arabia from 2019 as CEO and Managing Director where he led all aspects of the build-out of a major cinema chain in that country.
John started as a part-time cinema worker with Village Cinemas in Australia whilst at college where he studied Economics and Commerce and later Business Administration. Post studies he joined Village on a permanent basis in various roles including appointment to the positions of Director, International Operations (overseeing 16 foreign territories), Managing Director of the company's largest cinema territory (Australia), and then Chief Operating Officer of the Village global cinema entity. From 2007 he served as COO of the Palace Cinemas group in Australia. His executive roles have covered key areas of operations, retail, loyalty marketing, human resources, venue development, events & sales, and information technology
